Nestled in the heart of downtown Nassau, Pointe Resort boasts one of the most unique combinations of location and amenities in the country. The new high-rise hotel and condo resort offers luxury accommodations, a marina, and high-end amenities for residents while providing public access to its many commercial and nightlife spaces. Site challenges included traffic management and infrastructure installation in a highly urbanized and congested area. IBS performed civil infrastructure designs, permitting of the design package, and construction quality control for the installation of the infrastructure.

Goldwynn Hotel and Condos
The Residences at Goldwynn is one of the most sought-after addresses on the beautiful Cable Beach strip. The new hotel and condo resort boasts luxury accommodations and high-end amenities for residents and visitors. Site challenges included providing infrastructure for a property located along a high-speed/high volume roadway opposite the Office of the Prime Minister. Minimizing impact to the pristine Cable beach environmental was also a primary concern. IBS performed civil infrastructure designs and assisted with permitting for the site infrastructure components of the design package.
